Notes
Recovery miles. Tired from yesterdays run, dog walk, and disc golf. Also got a strength session in but did even lighter weights than usual. Despite that the run felt good, but I didn't push it at all. An RWB flew over me a little after a mile and I surprisingly didn't freak out. Probably because I didn't realize it until it was already satisfied that I was too far away from its nest. Otherwise there was absolutely nothing to note about this. Took the dog around the block after.
