Annoying workout today because I had to count it all in my head. 7x2 min threshold, 1 min recovery, 3 mins, then 7x15 seconds just about as flat out as I can hit these days, with 45 second recoveries.

Counting aside - this wasn't that bad. Was trying to stay right around 6:05 ish pace. Jogged really slow recoveries but was able to get my breath back decently well. Legs were pretty tired the last couple and felt pretty fatigued when trying to sprint.

Nice to get some decent volume and a workout in.
