Went to bed with the intention of doing a workout this morning but the dog woke me up in the middle of the night and then I had set my alarm wrong so I will have to do a Wednesday track day.

Got out for 4 and felt pretty good actually. Stride felt really smooth the last mile. I got to use my new forerunner 45 so that was really the big highlight. I like it but they moved all the buttons around on me. Need to do core tonight
