Was suppose to do some hills today. I even set my watch for the 16x30s but when I got out there I just knew I didn't have it in my legs today. I ran too hard on Sunday and I need an extra day of recovery. Will just have to run hills tomorrow and hopefully still tempo reps on Friday. Lesson learned lol.
