Plan was 4 x mile w/ 2:00 rest at 6:00 to 6:15. It looks like my watch was gifting me about 7-8 seconds so I'd guess these were all right about 6 flat.

Met up with Tyson and his runablaze crew. They did 300s so I ran some of 1-2 out in lane 2 and 3. Which is why I wasn't totally sure if my watch was tripping or not, but I was in lane 1 the last rep and it beeped way short. Overall I felt pretty good. Tried to keep it relaxed the first couple and then it got a bit harder the last half, but I don't think I was ever in doubt that I would finish it. Usually the 4x miles turn into a 3xmile and then 1x.5. Feels like I'm starting to get some fitness... At least good enough fitness that I can start training more to get actually fit. Did hips and core last night. Need to do some strength today.
