well i started off running with nate, bailer, and sean. and i figured they could keep up with a 7:40 pace. well sean wasnt feeling it and nate a bailey havent been running much. so it was alot slower than i was expecting but i was ok with it. then i looked at my garmin, saw we had just dropped to a 8:51 pace and i finally got fed up and started running like 7:10
