Easy 5k after work? Was kinda wanting to go four, but it was warm and my legs were still sore. Oh also saw a guy on a motorcycle get smoked at polk city and State. I didn't have my phone and lots of other people stopped and called an ambulance so I just kept running. Feels shitty but I wasn't going to be able to do anything of value.
