Notes
Little weird so far this week. Moved my long run to yesterday. Did it in the afternoon because it was like 50 yesterday and then had a quick turnaround to 4 this morning.
Run last night was pretty good. It felt great, I was just a little bored because I told Leah I wouldn't cross any of the big roads. Took it pretty easy for the most part and sped up a bit over the last couple of miles. Fitness is coming back a bit. Legs were a little bit tired this morning, but otherwise it was a pretty nice run. It was pretty quiet out so I can't complain. I spent a large portion of both runs with that Shiny song from Moana stuck in my head. Not sure where it came from because I haven't seen it in 2 years.
