Notes
Much better run than I was anticipating. Weather app said windy, 32, w/ 100% chance of rain - so I knew I was going to end up getting soaked. Wind was not bad though outside of the first few miles. Once I got onto the path there was lots of trees blocking the cross wind. It started raining around 3 in and last until I hit about 10 miles so I was pretty wet for most of this, but my shoes were OK. I felt good too - Really easy on the way out and then started cruising a bit on the way back to dip under 7:30.
Pretty mid week overall. Was expecting to get 50 in, but felt pretty meh on Friday so I ended up taking it off. Could be worse though. Still been hanging around 40 for a few weeks now.
