Notes
Really annoyed tonight. I was in work earlier than I usually am with a plan to leave at like 4 and really enjoy the sun/40 degree weather. Then of course everybody needs something at 3:45 and I ended up being at work until like 5. Ended up not getting out the door until like 5:25 when it was already starting to get dark. Legs were still a little tired from the weekend. On a positive note its been 5 days in a row with no knee pain. I'm still a little nervous about it flaring back up again, but its looking less and less likely. Did some core with Leah after.
