Nice cool long run. Hung out with the Dubuque guys on Saturday but didn't really have much to drink and didn't hang too late because I was focused on making sure I hit this long run and end the week feeling good. Legs felt pretty good. I've got a really tough workout Tuesday so I wanted to make sure I kept this pretty chill. Mixed success there, I felt good the whole way but didn't really want to run any miles under 7.
Pretty much the perfect week for me. 65 miles, an A+ and an A workout, two strength sessions, and two days of light core. Definitely need to keep it going.
