Came up with a theory that I will always consider it a good run if I feel good the last couple miles. In today's case it was blowing 30+mph wind straight west to east, so I made the rational decision to run straight into the wind for 4.5 miles so that I would at least finish with it at my back. End up being a pretty nice day for strides and I ran into a new little area of the path I will want to go back to. Legs felt a lot better than the 9 miles from last friday.
