Morning run, still yuck. These are so weird. Felt decent if not a little sluggish the first 2 miles, felt like dog shit from like 2.5-3.5, then started feeling better and felt great from 4.5 to the end of the run. Worst part about running in the morning is that I start to feel good and enjoy the run just before it ends. S U M M E R B A S E P H A S E
