Mile Splits: 8:53, 8:23, 8:04, 7:03 7:32, 7:26
Felt OK and better than yesterday. Still adapting to the cooler mornings and I think that's got me feeling a little out of whack the first half of the day or so. I need to be better about sleep. Had planned to go to bed early last night, but I forgot that I committed to watching a movie with Ryan on discord so I didn't get to bed until around 9:45. Tonight will be an early night for sure.
I am happy with the way strides felt today and I felt pretty good the last mile in. Thought about adding on, but didn't for the reasons above. I was hugging the edge of the path and rolled my ankle off the side into the grass at like .8 miles. Thankfully it was just a little bit and nothing serious. Shook it out for a few strides and it felt normal the rest of the way.
