If I wasn't out of colors I'd make a new workout type for "stroller" - First time doing an actually run pushing James and it was actually not too bad. Though I'm not sure how much he got shook around. Ran on some path but mostly sidewalk in the neighborhood. I was working harder, but I actually felt pretty good all things considered. Lungs and legs feel better. Definitely need to start doing this more often for some afternoon doubles. I also had the funny thought of Matt and I doing a Stroller Mile but it would be a little unfair right now because my kid is probably three times as big.
