Ended up not doubling yesterday which ended up being a very good decision. I was feeling a little banged up and I got convinced to just do my long run this morning instead of tomorrow so that I wouldn't have to worry about going to bed early tonight and running long before I drive home tomorrow. It was also a lot cooler this morning so it ended up being a good choice.
Hips/knees felt way better this morning. My legs honestly felt pretty good too. Way out was pretty smooth. 7 Flats felt pretty relaxed but I was hoping I would keep the pace a little more chill. Got pretty tired towards the end. Plan was 13, but I decided to run out an extra half mile because the last mile back home is all downhill anyway so I figured it wouldn't really feel like an extra mile. Was dead wrong on that. Ran too quick on mile 11 chasing down another runner and then the last 3 miles felt pretty crappy. Downhill mile was not as fun as I was expecting.
