Easy w/ 6 strides. Was raining the whole time, but wasn't too miserable. Body felt good this morning. I wore my highlighter windbreaker shell and it kept me somewhat dry and warm. If I was smart I would have worn it for my long run on Sunday. They removed my most trusted porta-potty on Irvingdale so this may be the beginning of the end of morning runs. I was fussing with my sleeves/watched and stepped in a massive puddle on the sidewalk just under 3 miles. Shouted something to the affect of "Are you kidding me dude!?". I'm pretty sure there was another 4 letter word in there too.
Overall good run. Should be good weather for a broken tempo tomorrow morning + an afternoon double if I can sneak it in before Joe and Tab's Halloween party.
