Really did not feel good the couple days leading up to this. I have a little bit of a cold, but its getting better. Shins a little sore. From and effort stand point this was decent. Years previously, when I didnt feel good, I wouldnt push it at. Today I was still trying to work hard. over all i am very unhappy with this. splits were 3:33, 3:36, 3:44 , 3:52, 3:48
