Finally got our garage workout area set up now that Leah sold her car. Kinda a long list of stuff I wanted to hit. Knee is feeling pretty good today but I didn't run. Bike trainer isn't here yet so I havent done any cardio, but maybe if it comes soon. Did core with Leah too. Feels good to do something productive.

SL Squats
Bent Over Rows
Quad Extensions
Glute Bridges
Back Extensions.
