Time trial for xc. I felt pretty good. Definitely had more, but this wasnt bad for the end of "hell week". Finished 8th for the team, which I'm pretty happy about. I started off really conservative and tried to reel people in the whole run. It worked, but I may have gone out to slow and had to much ground to make up on the next group.
