Honestly felt fat and out of shape. Wonder twins Zoey and James didn't let me sleep very well even though I went to bed early on Monday night so I slept in and pushed the workout to Tuesday afternoon. It was a nice night, but I just felt pretty mid. This felt bad cardio wise, which makes sense because my cardio is trash. Other than that it was a good run. I'm logging really negative but I am happy I'm getting some miles in haha.
