I love these kinds of workouts, reminds me of track. We ran these in the dome on a 200 meter loop on turf. It was awesome. It was flat and soft, my shins felt good.I was really relaxed basically the whole time. Im running faster 200s then I could at the end of last years season, so Im hoping thats a good sign I still have some turnover. Lifted upperbody yesterday, and worked legs today.
