Minute Plank
120 Crunches - ( 4 x 30 in the different positions)
40 Russian Twists with the medicine ball
For another minute - Held the russian twist position and did little karate chops slowly back and forth because Kipchoge was doing them in the movie. Will now affectionally call them "Kipchoges"
20 Toe touches w/ Med ball
20 leg raises/reverse crunches - whatever
Minute flutter kicks
Minute planks
Planks are getting to be a bit too easy, should start holding them longer. Flutter kicks are much less painful than I remembered from last month.
