Easy 4, 6x15s strides, jogged it out to 9.
Strides felt decent but other than that I felt pretty meh. Needed to hydrate better. Sun came out on the back 5 and zapped me a little bit. I was pretty liberal with my rests today to try to keep my heart rate down. Tons of people out on the path near uptown for the farmers market.
