Pretty light workout this morning. 3x1k + 2x200. Feels like the 1000th time I've run 1ks but here we are. Was suppose to go 4, but my legs are still pretty tired and Devin is racing a half just I did 3 with him. Felt good to ease back in with an easier workout.
This was a another reminder that I suck at math. Was planning to run like 4:00 and I told Devin 6 flat pace. Except 6 flats is 3:45. Ended up feeling very comfortable at 3:50 so I'll take it. 200s felt shitty.
