Bad news is that the homeboy has an ear infection, good news is at least he is on antibiotics now and they seem to be working fast. Ran this after the pediatrician's appointment. Felt decent, knee was OK. I know I said I wasn't feeling any soreness from squats but it turns out I was wrong. Miles went by slow, but I kept it nice and easy. Probably should have squeezed out 4, but I rationalized to myself that it is cancelled out by the .25 from Tuesday morning. Did some core after.
Writing this Thursday morning and James kept us from a very good nights sleep so I did not get 9 in this morning. Will probably do a light 3 today, 9 tomorrow (assuming he sleeps better), Tempo Saturday, LR Sunday.
