Notes

Normally would not do any lower body on a scheduled rest day, but I didn't do any strength work yesterday. I kept it a bit lighter because I didn't want to work my legs that hard.

3 sets:

15 x Squat Press - Just used the 10lb Medicine ball instead of the 20lb dumbbells as a way to keep it lighter.

20 x Band Pulls

16 x Reverse lunges - 8 per leg - w/ medicine ball

20 x Dumbbell Presses - I was doing 15 the past couple of weeks, but 20 feels like a good number. Was feeling it.

08 x Single Leg Squat - Holding medicine ball

20 x Ball Slams
