Notes

2 mile warm up, then drills, then about 9.5. I felt pretty good today, my hamstrings loosened out after a few miles. It was pretty much just cruisin'. I was super sore after, lifting wasnt loads of fun. Ice bath after though. I'm feeling pretty good.
