3 miles @ half marathon pace.
Knew I wanted to run these in between 6:30-6:40 so in that regard it was successful. But I don't feel good about running two sub 6:30s and then falling off the pace the last mile. Felt super smooth and chill the first mile and a half so that is good to see. I've got an ample amount of excuses I could use, so I'll just choose to be happy that I've got the work outs for week 1 of 15 out of the way.
