28min WU, then 2x8min around HM pace, 2x2min @ 5k, and 4x30s between mile/3k pace. All w/ 2 min rest.
Some scattered storm clouds with some lighting/thunder so I mostly just stuck around the house. I was feeling good overall but I had a bit of trouble finding my rhythm at planned paces this morning. Legs felt really good though. As much as I wanted to run yesterday, I think a rest day was a good call. No knee/hamstring tightness from start to finish.
