Notes

Long effort for the week. Was planned 8, but like I can't end a week at 29 miles so I added on to hit 30. Goal was to keep it above 8:00 on the way out and I was pretty close, but not quite. Still felt pretty good the whole way and mostly negative split the whole way. Finished feeling pretty good, but still a long ways off from the days of 12-15 milers. Just need to keep building momentum.
