Notes

Went back for the second attempt at the Saylorville Lake Path. This run was much better than last week's. I did my best to keep breathing/heart rate under control up and down hills to make sure I didn't burn myself out again. Stopped at 2.5 for some water, 6 for some water and a bathroom break, and for water one last time at about 9.5.
