7 miles with the middle two hard. Me and kyle met up at boylan We ran from 3&1/8 to the 1&1/8 markers on the path. I felt alright I ran like 12:16ish kyle was like 12:06ish. We saw C.Smith I guess a dog bit the tip of his pinky off last week. The rest of the run after the 2 miles hard was kinda slow but it was a good time with convo. Hung out with the becketts mark and jack the rest of the day
