Felt a bit waisted, but I think it is because I went out too strong. Wasn't trying to push it, but I felt good the first 4 miles. Backed off the next four, but was winded at times, my legs felt fine and my knee did not bother me at all. My hip only ached a bit after mile 5, but not bad like before.
