Streak is done. I have much respect for those that run every day, but after three attempts (182, 212, and 281 days), it is not for me. I feel great right now but I know a day off now and then will be good for me. The best indication of this is when I run only a mile in the evenings, I already feel better. So I know a full 48 hours or more off is smart long term. Will I try another streak? I am sure I will!
