This is a nice course. I decided to slow down and keep my heart rate below 158 no matter what. I'm going to try that on my longer runs for a while. No major problems, a little calf pain but walking helped. Some minor right hamstring pain so need to stretch them. Beautiful day, 75, sunny. Weighed myself afterwards at 169.2 and 17.8% body fat!
