Sunday - NY Marathon - 3:47:31 - 8:33 - Avg HR 147 Max HR 156 - Cloudy & 52°
Not a great day, I was cruising along pretty good until around the half-way mark and then my hips started to hurt pretty good and I knew I was in trouble if I kept trying to maintain this pace. So I had no choice but to dial it back and live to race another day.
Time to figure out what this problem really is, I'm going to try to get into a little core strengthening and also work on my hips and glutes...we'll see!
