Wanted to get a little bit of a longer run in today. Felt good overall - might have been because yesterday was pretty easy. Still a little pain on my left foot when I turn left with the blue Brooks, but much less than before. Pace might've ended up being a little fast for an easy run, but I was constantly slowing myself down throughout - probably because of Saturday's workout. Because the workout was so fast for my standards it was a little hard for me gauge what pace I was doing during today's run. I should be fresh for tomorrow.
