Treadmill

I have a mental problem with the treadmill and unless I can get over it treadmill runs will continue to be miserable. I just wanted to do an easy 3 miles before pilates. I was hating the first mile. I decided to do mile one at a .5 incline and at the 9:07 pace. At mile one I increased the incline to 1 and increased the inline .5 at each quarter mile. Then at mile two I put the incline back to zero and increased my speed to 8:57. I kept bumping it up toward the end because I wanted to be under 27 minutes for a 3.1 mile run.

All in all it was a fine treadmill run I guess.
