Mon. night pilates w/ Nicki who was substituting for Marlene--kicked my ass!

Used 4 lb. weights for a lot of the work. We did lunges, side plies, squats, arm raises, push-ups, planks, leg raises, and a lot of core work. 30 minutes of standing pilates work and then 30 min. of mat work. Everything was shaking at the end.

Writing this on Tues. morning and I'm very sore in a very good way!
