7 sets of Yassos; 2 sets with 800s at 8:00, the rest at 7:53, 7:41 and the last set at 7:30. Recovery at 8:41

Great run and realized after first couple sets that I really could go faster on the 800s and started to pick up the pace on the final sets. Was glad I pushed hardest at the end.

Hamstrings are definitely still sore.
