Ladder: 200, 300, 400, 300, 200 with 45 sec to 1 min. break in between each set

200 cool down alternating free and breast

Did flip turns the whole time. Comfort breathing is sporadic; sometimes steady and sometimes panicky. Stroke feels stronger but not consistent. Think I'm using my legs too much.
