Notes

Great long run but very frustrated with the pace. Would like to at least be at 9 minute miles! Took a Gu about 8 miles in and I do think that helped me keep going up the Jones Station and Ternwing hills. Had to extend it around the loop across the street and up that hill to College Pkwy and turn around to get to 11. Did lots of good stretches.
