100 warm up
8x 25 alternate no kick w/ one arm swim
1200 Endurance (which might have been 1250 because I lost count)
200 cool down alternating free and breast
Felt great this whole entire endurance swim. Was a slow and comfortable pace and my thought while swimming was to make sure I'd feel comfortable doing a full mile swim. In the pool I am sure I could do it but the lake setting will be different. The pool water is also extremely warm so the lake will be a shocker to my system.
