Warm morning - wore shorts & short sleeve shirt. Thought that my laps were faster than the were - only one was near my 7:45 target. I did have to stop for lights in a couple of cases though. Overall pretty hard workout, but went pretty well.
8mi with 5x600@5k 90sec rest.
