Corework at Sportscom; did 20 pushups/2min plank w/1min regular and 30sec on each side/scissors/side leg lifts on each side/20 pushups/2min plank/up-downs/side leg lifts/20 pushups/2min plank/up-downs/2x70sec backwards plank/90sec regular plank w/ last 30sec alternating between elbow plank and pushup plank/20 pushups; this was tough but was a good workout...
