10x300m then an 800; this workout was okay, my legs felt weak and didn't have too much giddy-up for the 300s because of the previous two days of hard workouts but tried to keep the times somewhat respectable; also didn't want to kill myself today since we are at MTSU tomorrow; 4 speed sessions per week is too much and will get you injured but I guess Coach Mullane doesn't understand that so I'll just deal with it...
