8 miles with 10xhill blasts
Ran the usual warm-up with 4 strides out on Rock Springs; the hill blasts went well considering the soreness I still have in my thighs-thought I had a good amount of power for them so didn't cut it short; felt good for the cooldown out to Columbus Drive and back home; rolled out with the stick really good afterwards when I got home; I'm liking that I still have soreness though-it's the good kind of hurt!
