Notes

Lots of core and strength today since I felt the slightest twinge in my foot while walking around school which might just be in my head but I'm not going to chance it so taking a little more time off to hopefully get rid of this injury once and for all; 2xleg lifts then a total of 100 pushups, 5 sets of planks all between 1:30-2min, 40 up-downs, 100 situps, lots of calf raises, 25 lunges, and stretching...
