Easy run with Andre, the guy that works for Adidas that knows a ton about high school and college running, and Ahmed Bile which was second at Foot Locker South the year before last behind Craig Nowak with a 14:41; Ahmed has ran 1:49 for the 800 and is going to be a sophomore at Georgetown, his dad was a former Olympian running 3:30 for 1500 and 1:43 for 800! Enjoyed this run, talked a lot about this upcoming college xc season and how the teams are looking...
